Check-in is from 3pm (Pacific Time). Please let us know if you believe you may arrive after 7pm so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
Checkout time is 11.00am.
Notice of cancellation of any part of your stay must be given by 3pm at least 48 hours before your intended date of check-in to avoid the full room charge.
If we are able to re-let any of the nights that you have cancelled, we will not charge for those nights.
We strongly suggest travel insurance to protect you from changes to your plans which are beyond your own control.
Please note that we cannot guarantee on-site parking. There will always be a place close to the hotel, but downtown Nelson is historically-challenged when it comes to cars and is an issue for all of the hotels. We have four private on-site spaces for our eight rooms but you will always be able to find somewhere nearby.
You will NEVER get a better deal by using an online travel website, but you will add in an extra complication to your booking. Our prices will ALWAYS match or beat any online travel booking site. Nothing is charged to your card until your check-in date, unlike some of the travel booking sites such as Expedia and Booking.com.
