Reservations
Please contact us toll-free on 1-800-596-2337 (1-250-352-3226 if you are outside of North America) OR use the online form, found by using the ‘Check Availability’ link.
We do not ask for a deposit in advance. No money will be charged to your card until your check-in date.
Arrival and check-in times
Check-in is 4-7pm Pacific Time. However, we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate you, so let us know your arrival plans, as we will always try to be flexible.
Payment options
Visa, Mastercard, Interac/Debit, and Canadian dollars.
Cancellation Policy
We realise that changes in your travel plans might occur, and that you may need to cancel your booking. As a small business, this affects us greatly; hence as much notice as possible would be appreciated.
If you contact us to cancel 48 hours or more ahead of the check-in time (16.00 on your due date), there will be no charge for the room. However, if you notify us within this period, and we cannot re-let your room, we will need to charge in full for those nights that you reserved. ALL cancellations (from bookings made from August 22, 2009 onwards), will incur a $25 fee to cover costs.
Having had no charges whatsoever in the past, we regret the necessity of having to introduce this levy. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes in your plans.
Checkout
10.30 (11.00am for Willow Suite) unless by special arrangement. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your itinerary, but, as we are a small business, please understand that we need to clean the rooms as soon as possible to have them ready for the afternoon check-ins.
Pets
Although we are dyed-in-the-wool animal lovers, we regret that we don’t have the facilities to accept pets at the inn.
Smoking
We have a garden terrace with great views, and a rear sun-deck, which we are totally rebuilt for 2008, and smokers are welcome in these outside areas.
